That company, what’s their name, the one that starts with an R? Oh RIM (hehe just kidding they forgot my name once and now I forget theirs :P) RIM has announced the availability of the Blackberry Curve 9220 in Kuwait.  You can literally go out now and purchase one.

What’s new in this model?

  • It’s the most affordable Blackberry 7 smartphone, great for first time smartphone users (read: cheaper)
  • Ideal for social networking, with outstanding combination of features and apps (read: smartphone)
  • Features a dedicated BBM key, which brings the power of RIM’s popular mobile social network up in an instant.  (Check it out above)
  • Gives you up to 7 hours of talk time or up to 28 hours of FM radio listening or music playback on headphones. (read: long battery life)

    This device is a must have for ppl who would like to have just BBM/simple internet .. and with only KD57/- !!! taking into a consideration it runs on 2G only not event 3G or LTE

    i have two lines and seems to be that i am going to have my third line soon! ;/ (shall i kill my iphone or my galaxy note?)

      LOL If you kill your iPhone I will kill you! :P Just kill the Galaxy Note it’s worthless :P

      And you’re right its for those who want just the BBM experience without the extra additions!

    lol sometimes I get tempted to plunge into Blackberry world again but without the BBM it’s just dull phone, nothing comparable to the iPhone or Android.

      Stay away from it, it’s not a great world to be in and sometimes those broadcasts just kill you over and over again!

    Honestly I keeping my BB until it dies, its just sad that they haven’t really upgraded or done anything major to make people want to stay!

      Yes it is hehe I do not like it! And Blackberry should do something they’ve been running the same OS and same devices over and over!
