It’s official, NBC has officially picked up a full season order for three of its freshman shows, “The Event,” “Law & Order: Los Angeles,” and “Outsourced.”
The network has not made a decision yet regarding the other two new shows, “Undercovers” and “Chase” according to The Ausiello Files.
In my opinion I expected them to pick up “The Event” since it is replacing the gap placed by “Heroes” and it has been doing very well but the show that came as a surprise to me was “Outsourced” since it’s not in the same league as “Community” and “30 Rock” but let’s hope the season improves.
Congrats to all the shows that got picked up for full season orders, let’s hope they get renewed next year and perform well. And for the shows that have not been picked up, let’s hope they do.

One of the best ways I think to classify the new TV Shows is by the days they air and not the genre because well you will definitely be following them the next day and it’ll give you a sense of what type of show to watch if you’re looking for something new that day. This September we see a number of new Monday TV Shows of which I will be giving you glimpses for: The Event, Lone Star, Chase, Hawaii Five O, and Mike & Molly. Call this a little preview without any spoilers just to give you a sense of what the show is about.
